{"id":6064,"date":"2024-02-16T13:48:24","date_gmt":"2024-02-16T13:48:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newproductioninstitute.de\/?p=6064"},"modified":"2024-02-16T14:07:36","modified_gmt":"2024-02-16T14:07:36","slug":"openlab-mobile-at-bucerius-law-school","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newproductioninstitute.de\/en\/openlab-mobile-at-bucerius-law-school","title":{"rendered":"The OpenLab Mobile at Bucerius Law School focussing on the topic: Legal Issues of Open Source Hardware."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.law-school.de\/forschung-fakultaet\/institute-und-zentren\/center-for-transnational-ip-media-and-technology-law-and-policy\">Center for Transnational IP, Media and Technology Law and Policy<\/a>&#8216; at Bucerius Law School is tasked as a project partner in the dtec.bw project &#8216;Fab City &#8211; Decentralized Digital Production for Urban Value Creation&#8217; with the legal examination of the Fab City and Open Lab infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2af8<\/strong> The vision of a Fab City is to produce (almost) everything locally that is needed and consumed to create sustainable cities and regions and to counteract climate change and resource waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 14 to 16 February, the OpenLab Mobile on the Bucerius Law School Campus will be offering free introductory workshops on digital fabrication technologies, providing important components for achieving this goal.
